At SKADI, every order is curated with care. Because we sell skincare and cosmetic products, hygiene and safety guide our return policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Final sale items (including clearance and discounted products) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Free gifts and promotional items must be returned together with the qualifying purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. All returns must be authorized by us in advance — items sent back without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to apply a reasonable restocking fee, for items returned used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
