Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery time frames shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Most orders ship from within the United States.

Delays, loss & damage in transit

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. SKADI is not liable for carrier delays or for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit; however, we will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are the customer's responsibility, and any reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

International orders

Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local authorities.
