Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product is sourced through vetted suppliers and ships in its original manufacturer packaging.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
